The anti commie stuff smells like Stan but this does not sound like his writing unless he was doing it really, really quick on a deadline!

I have to say, though, one thing I never liked about mad and its imitators is the phonetic accents. It always just makes it hard to read, especially when it's as dense as this. The poor letter!
The middle of page 3 is a great little funny sequence.
A scary looking mummy in a kooky komic, the horror and humor work well together.

I feel like Brodsky is trying to channel Maneely here.
Speaking of accents, every time I read the Russian voices I somehow hear one of those broad comedy Dutch accents instead.
