Possessed! / Doctor Molnar's Corpse!

Always a treat to see Colan...and you can always rely of him for a mean looking moustache.

The introductions commenting on the previous tale are quite intriguing .. what was it with the Emporer and the wall or Anton and the horses?

As hunchbacks go, Quadro is the hunchiest.

I wonder what it'd be like to be Possessed by Dr. Molnar's Corpse. Not that I intend to ever find out.

The Triolette. Sure, it's on a model who'd never need it! Gorgeous with a stunning figure. The type who "can never get a date..." :-p

Of course nowadays we've got implants and liposuction. Which cost more than $5.95.

And I can't help wondering how many women would actually read the comic to see such an ad in it.

Corpse Parade: ..and I've used that moniker on the odd occasion too ;)

We're chuggin' right along, hope yer all enjoying the ride... switching publishers with our next post, hope everyone is ready for more completely insane excursions into Hades (and of course more ads and extras) from the likes of Farrell, Harvey, Avon, Ace, DC and more! Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I like the first one a lot more than I expected to.

Y'know, ol' Torgo - I mean Quadro - had a pretty darn big hump, and yet he was pretty flat on that slab. ???

"Operation Repo(ssessed): Dr. Molnar's Corpse!"

Just when you thought Reality TV had already sunk to the level of graveyard dirt.

I work for doctors, so am having fun with this title. :-p

Oh, and if you ever run into a Dr. Daniel Friedman? Be careful: He's probably a clone of the original from 1958.

Karswell: Loved Possessed. "Bind her tight . . . then clear the chamber." "Whip of Evil, Whip of Hades, do our work . . . do it well." Amen, brother!

With regard to that vintage ad for the all-in-one Triolette, I can only say "Bind her tight . . then clear the chamber." -- Mykal

Every time I read Atlas stuff I wonder if anybody has reproduced those fonts, especially the one for Doctor Molnar's Corpse.

The interesting thing about the first tale is how everybody -- including the reader, it's a good con -- assumes the scratching is the possession and the kissing is the real personality, even though it makes no sense. I thought that reading it, but was still mislead.

For the second, how many mad scientist by mistake pick up a vampire or werewolf corpse? It should be mad science 101 to check to see if your corpse is already supernatural!

Took me a while to realise that the shadow under Herr Doktor Professor Molnar's nose was some kind of toothbrush Hitler (titler?) moustache. As for Quadro, that's some hump, man.
