Where Monsters Dwell

The Basil Wolverton posts this week were a big hit and garnered a request for today’s post which we are undeniably happy to unleash upon you and your puny planet. Thanks again to “Anti-Atlas Guy” for a monstrously entertaining weekend of scans!

Not as good as the other posts by Wolverton, but still excellent, man you could have made a great Ray Harryhausen movie out of this back in the day,the snake and the blue winged thing are my favorites.

NOT TO SOUND DIFFERENT THAN EVERYONE ELSE BUT I THOUGHT THIS STORY WAS THE BEST OF THE WOLVERTON POSTS SO FAR

WoW! Not long ago I saw that snake monster in a tattoo magazine on someone's back. I'll see if I can find it and scan it in for you.

Wolverton rocks. Everything he drew reeked of wierdness and has this special gritty feel that only Wolverton gives you.
