The Flat Man
In case you haven’t noticed I’ve been posting all reprints this week. I had two golden age comics literally fall apart in my hands while scanning the other day so I’m giving the old boys (and myself) a breather. But here’s another notorious classic, originally presented in the May 1954 issue of Journey into Fear #19.

Fabulous story! Missed it the first time around on Pappy's blog so I'm glad it's here.
I apologize to everyone for posting a story that's already been featured on another comic blog. I now realize that before I spend any of my free time carefully scanning comicbook stories and then posting them that I must surf each and every blog on the web and make sure it has not already seen the light of day.

Ignore that other guy, he thinks that you can only post stuff he's unfamiliar with, while the rest of us who've never seen any of these stories should just sit quiet. Who cares if anyone else (or even you for that matter) has posted this story before?

Hilarious,would make a great comedy for Rob Schneider,i'd even bet this was the inspiration for childrens book "Flat Stanley" if i could prove it.seems to be a week for stories listed in price guides,love it.also,i don't mind you posting stuff from pappy's since his blog never downloads right for me(he could also teach his kis some "correck" speech.arf.arf.).

I'm not posting anything from Pappy's blog, I do all my own scans unless someone submits it. If I post something that someone else has already posted then oops...
This Mr Flatman avoided a plot hole that was there in the other Flatman story you posted yesterday (5 April 2020). How did 2020 Flatman get the money *out* of the bank vaults? Not that $50000 seems that large an amount to live on for a lifetime. Thigh did he tell his doctors what he'd done to the roller driver, and were they like, "Well, he's dead, so let's ignore him." Something like that?
