To honor the new Fiction House and Standard Horror website, THOIA celebrates with a meaty encore presentation of a terrifyingly tasty tale from the May 1953 issue of Out of the Shadows #13, (as originally featured HERE back in 2008.) Kill, My Minions of Death!
This wild, and very colorful severed hand story by Lou Cameron was originally presented in the September 1953 issue of Baffling Mysteries #17 --but it can also now be found in the December 2012 issue of Haunted Horror #2, available this week at comic shops everywhere! And get a free sneak peek at another Ace story from the new HH2 issue over at Bloody Disgusting by clicking HERE!
HAUNTED HORROR #2 (in stores NOW!)
Back from the opened grave are more masterpieces of the macabre from the horror comics of the 1950s. Genius horror artists of the known and unknown variety poured their tortured souls into these comics. The best and rarest stories have been chosen with the help of top horror comic collectors and all lovingly restored and presented in full-creepy color. You will be thrilled, chilled and maybe even a little sickened by the over-the-top ghouls and gore in the thick 52 page Haunted Horrors.
From the fiends that brought you Dick Briefer's Frankenstein, Bob Powell's Terror and Zombies in the Chilling Archives of Horror Comics.
Grab Haunted Horror before some do-gooders ban it!

Thing in the Graveyard / Third Grave on the Right...
Time again to journey out into the pre-code comics graveyard and see what we can dig up-- and how about a couple buried tales from two of the more interesting artists in the classic Atlas bullpen-- Jack Keller and Al Eadeh. First story from the October 1952 issue of Journey into Unknown Worlds #13, and our second yarn from the July 1954 issue of Journey into Unknown Worlds #29.
