Lou Cameron is awesome, plain and simple.
Well I guess he wasn't the only Tigger after all, huh? The female of the species is cute in a whole different way.
The whimsical and inventive art was amazing, but the story sort of got under my skin. What terrible police. "Quick, fellers, that might be the duo that robbed the gate--gun 'em down." Honestly, in the eye-for-an-eye world of four-color moralizing, I'd say they got what what they deserved out of that cauldron.
The art is where the Hand of Fate title excels. This and the last story are just so nice to look at. Looking forward to more Lou Cameron.
I've read some convoluted plots in my time, but this one is a real groaner!
Worth it for the illustrations of Nita, though (meow!).

Same with the other Ace horror titles too. I've got lots more Hand of Fate coming up all this month now as well, I was looking through my collection and think I've assembled a pretty good line up to finish out 2011 with.

Nothing beats a sexy catgirl story... for sure.
