It’s Joe Sinnott’s turn to show you a little weird woman action for Double Post Saturday, and today’s story features what some believe to be one of Marvel’s earliest appearances of a [SPOILER ALERT] female “mutant.” Also, these scans have gone through many hands before winding up here today so special thanks go out to Brian Hirsch and John Kaminski for their endless arsenal of great pre-code ideas and contributions.

Actually it would have been weirder if the lawyer HAD BEEN human!
Buh duh bump...TISH!
Truly one of Sinnot's masterpieces, you may question the wisdom of a story titled "woman" having a man in the splash, but it's such a beautifully rendered expression of fear i just can't object.indeed, this is is just one of many stories featuring concepts used in marvel, and im surprised Gloria hasn't shown up in some "lost years" X-story.
Cool story, thanks for sharing.
The moral of this story is, never trust a lawyer! ;-)
