The Finger of Guilt
Standard Comics' Adventures into Darkness series is full of great little terror tale quickies that run one page and sometimes two pages long. So to accompany our main scan posts this week I’ll also include one of these each day for you as a bonus. Some of them are actually quite good, and usually along the lines of an "urban legend."

It's nice to know that not all the girls who get killed and dumped in wells and come back as vengeful ghosts don't always have to be little girls who seriously need haircuts...

FOR SOME REASON THE LAST PANEL ON PAGE ONE REMINDS ME OF RONDO HATTON......I GUESS IT'S JUST THE SHADOWY FACE CUZ THE GUY DOESN'T LOOK LIKE HIM IN ANY OTHER PANELS
My only gripe about this story is that when the cops pull her body out of the well weeks later she still looks the same as she did the day Neal killed her. Surely something would have gnawed on her a little bit in all that time.
And no Dr. Phibes, I'm not calling her Shirley.

Mentally, I keep hearing the big "HA HA" in the last panel delivered by Nelson Muntz from The Simpsons
