The Thing From the Center of the Earth

For the rest of the week I’m turning this blog into Harvey Hell with a full blown terror fest of mummies, mad scientists, evil cults, and rotting corpses. But first up---

THE THING FROM THE CENTER OF THE EARTH!
Originally presented in the June 1952 issue of Tomb Of Terror #1

CAN YOU SCAN 'THE LITTLE PEOPLE' FROM THIS ISSUE ALSO?

this is a cool story and love the art, its perfectly set up like a mindless 50's science fiction movie.
sometimes its okay to have a real ending instead of the open ended twist

I'll put it down as a request and hopefully get to it in the next week or so, no problem!

Very well-written and set up,i agree, this could've been a 50's sci-fi script,no problem.the descent into the pit reminds me a lot of THEM!and i like how you never get to see the monster till it attacks.my only gripe is that it's established that it's an intelligent being but thats never elaborated on.still, your right, sometimes a simple ending is better than a contrived twist.

I got a chuckle when the professor said "He's smashing thousands of dollars worth of equipment! We must stop him!"
It always comes down to the bottom line, doesn't it?
