Doesn't look familiar to me either. Why is some of the panel missing?

Wait a minute-- I have this somewhere around here! I think it's from an issue of Men's Adventures? At any rate, I know that I have the comic that this story appeared in. It disturbed the hell out of me when I first read it (back in 6th grade or so).
