The Man Who Warmed the Bones of the Dead! / The Idea!

In just a few short weeks we'll be halfway to Halloween! But as everyone here already knows, everyday is Halloween at THOIA, so let's unleash a couple of ghastly old g-g-ghosts to further p-p-prove my p-p-point! Bob Powell, (as promised in our previous post) returns to warm up this haunted house of horrors with 10 atmospheric pages of pure nightmare fuel! And okay, this isn't quite the same Droopy that some of you are likely already familiar with, but it's still a nice little chiller ghost filler! BAARRF! ARF! Give that dog a warm bone!

The Werewolf of Woonsocket

Like our previous post, we're keeping things cool 'n breezy, this time with a frisky fun Gail Porter "Girl Photographer" horror entry (our first Werewolf Wednesday post of 2025, too!), via the July 1944 issue of Blue Circle Comics #2. Gail only appeared in a half dozen adventures in her short-lived, comic book investigator / photographer career, fighting crime with a naturally smart ability, not to mention her neato infra-red camera! Her bitch ass editor boss seems to be from the same school of jerky blowhards that produced J. Jonah Jameson though. GCD believes that Bob Oksner is the artist here.
