The Fangs of the Wolf

Before anyone yells out "deja vu!" please note that yes, I have posted this spectacular Bill Everett classic here at THOIA before, and it was waaaay back in 2014 HERE (also for a Werewolf Wednesday!) But fyi it was a black 'n white reprint / retitled version, and NOTATION #2: when it comes to Everett, you guys deserve nothing but the best (this story looks great in b/w though too, just sayin'.) From the January 1954 issue of Menace #9. NOTATION 3: tale is mentioned on the blacklight postery Gene Colan cover as "Wolfe's Fangs!"

Had to look at my original comment, but yeah, the Everett art is fantastic. The transformation panels are great, the fur is excellent, and it looks like he really knew how to draw a wolf.

I love Llyod, that's a great character design.

Obviously, this must be the most drawn-out werewolf curse I've ever seen. It really knows how to string Kenneth along.
