  1. Excellent contest. I always love this story, too. The zombies are typically, loving great; but oh man, that sense of setting rocks like hell in every single panel.

  2. This is the perfect story for a guy like Powell, it plays to all his strengths, dissolving zombies, burning zombies, and twisted trees dripping with goo.

    And he takes every chance to show close-up zombie faces. Page 6, last panel deserves to hang in a museum, and I'm not exaggerating for effect.
