James Glover is a digital artist from Québec who is highly influenced by the covers from Eerie Magazines (as well the pre-code horror reprints that haunt their inner pages.) The twist here is that James takes the covers and mutates them into a naughtier, gorier, more modern 3D presentation. Click HERE to see his gallery of work, but be warned--- ADULTS ONLY!
(FYI: It’s free but you may need to join deviantART to access the images.)

Wow! Thank you for the post, Karswell (I hope its not your family name, because here, in Québec, calling someone by his family name is kind of impolite). Even though I do these covers remakes just for fun, it is always appreciated to have visitors and comments. And I feel really honored by your post, since you are a real fan of the genre! Thank you again!
ReplyDeleteWOW MIKE HOFFMAN RULES! VERY MUCH LIKE FRAZETTA, HOW COME I NEVER HEARD OF THIS GUY BEFORE? HE'S GOT A TON OF STUFF
ReplyDeleteReally loving the Mike Hoffman stuff. As always, thanks for sharing the great finds Karswell. You've got a knack for making the work day go by smoothly.
ReplyDelete>Really loving the Mike Hoffman stuff
ReplyDeleteYeah, he's definitely one of the best guys around right now doing really classy horror and fantasy stuff. He did a cool Tura Satana comic a few years ago that I really love.
