Art isn't much, but the story itself was pretty entertaining and I laughed a few times. I can only imagine the writer had a lot of fun writing it. Loved the set up -- as if some bottom of barrel 1950's comic book writer is off to Egypt for a month of research into the supernatural for his stories. haha!
ReplyDeleteTruth be told, the reason that the late '30s through the early '50s were called “the Golden Age” of comic books was that the girlfriends and wives of comic-book writers and artists were beautiful women. (Also, the big dough that writers and artists earned didn't hurt.)
