Renowned movie poster artist, John Alvin, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 6th, he was 59. SAD NEWS, I REALLY ADMIRE HIS BEAUTIFULLY PAINTED POSTERS. HE MIGHT BE ONE OF THE LAST OF HIS KIND.

ReplyDeleteOne of my favorites too, it's amazing how many recognizable posters he created over the years in his unique painterly style. Definitely one of the last of his kind.
