Vampire's Blood

Here’s another female bloodsucker classic from Superior Publishers Limited, complete with a sexy vampire, an old dude named Bela, and a supernatural camera that can expose / predict the evil ugly truths about people.

From the May 1953 issue of Journey into Fear #13

  1. Being back at work means catching up on the comics you post. Thanks for making my mornings more entertaining. I've got plenty to catch up on, too.

good post and another great splash page that becomes the front cover of the comic just like you were saying about ghost with a torch last week

would love to see more from this series. the other titles from this issue sound very intriguing too

  5. He should have first tried throwing that cat over the picture of him dead...wait, then he might have come back as a vampire.

Well, that would make for a more compatible marriage--though I think what was really going on here was the age difference.

I wonder what happens if you take a picture of a vampire with a DIGITAL camera?

If your wife comes out as a vampire on a digital picture, I would Photoshop her ears and fangs and see if that helps.

It's sad to admit, but a failed marriage(s),having to wallow around in dreck which would burn away your good visage, and embarrasing footage taken by bloodsuckers and the inability to tell reality from fantasy involving vampires(he was buried in his cape)...that's a good prediction of the fate that befell the REAL Bela!.poor guy.
