I'm going to assume our hero; Drunken irish dockworker sleeping in Park, married Vampire Hag because they were both so ugly and she was grateful,i mean how the hell else is he telling the story?
ReplyDeleteHe... has... his... WAYS!!!
ReplyDeletemaybe he is telling the story from beyond the grave!!!!!!!
ReplyDeletethanks for the jay retard info i'll check it out always looking for new music.... also digging the cover on the coffin things paperback cover but can't seem to find any info anywhere online
The Coffin Things is a cool and disturbing story about a small town mortician that gets his twisted revenge on the locals who he believes are trying to ruin his life... author Michael Avallone was probably more famous for writting the book versions of hit movies like Friday the 13th and Beneath the Planet of the Apes but here he does a tremendously efficient job of building suspense and creates an interesting world full of multi-dimensional characters. I just found this book the other day for 50 cents at a used book store and read the whole thing in practically one sitting. It's loads of fun and has some horrific moments!
ReplyDelete...ah them park avenue dolls is all the same...
ReplyDeletebut seriously, what happened to the "bad" guy, aka Mr. Chokey?

That was the problem with Central Park in the 1950s. Too many damn vampires.
