GOOD CLIP TO GO WITH TODAYS STORY POST. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES. THE ALIEN LOOSE ON A SPACESHIP CAME ALONG WAY BEFORE DAN O'BANNON RE-INVENTED IT.

Did anyone else here see the similarity between this movie and "Alien"? Are is it too much of a reach? :)

Beat again Fred, ha ha! The all caps anon comment mentions "Dan O'Bannon" who wrote Alien... but of course people have been saying this for years about this film, as well as Bava's Planet of the Vampire as inspiration for Alien, among others.

Dude, keep your cunny off that monster from Mars! You don't know what kind of germs it has! :)

Ahhhh yes, even Karswell is not immune to the cunny dreaded typo. I suppose I could fix it but then the lesson would be lost on all (I'd like you all to learn that despite the overwhelming consesus around here I am in fact not perfect.)

Since the producers of IT! and the producers of ALIEN both settled out of court with famed sci-fi writer A.E. van Vogt re appropriating big hunks of his stories "Dark Destroyer" and "Discord in Scarlet", it's not too surprising the two films resemble one another!
