Heritage Horrors (NEWS)

I received the new issue of Heritage Magazine in the mail the other day and found something definitely worth mentioning. Christopher Lee’s cape from Hammer’s Horror of Dracula (’58) is scheduled for auction on April 5-6th.

And here’s a scan of Heritage’s top poster auctions from last year (look at those prices!) The Bride of Frankenstein original went for an astounding $334,600!

FASCINATING! I WONDER HOW MUCH THE DRACULA CAPE WILL ACTUALLY FETCH?

AND WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE PAYING SO MUCH MONEY FOR THESE POSTERS? WHAT THEY PAID FOR THE BRIDE POSTER ALONE I'LL PROBABLY NEVER SEE THAT MUCH MONEY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

You definitely can't beat FREE stuff in the mail... especially cool catalogs chock full of interesting history, horror or otherwise.
