Happy Birthday! (NEWS)
Birthday beauties abound this month! Sharon Tate, gorgeous late wife of legendary film director Roman Polanski, and tragic victim of the moronic Manson Family, star of Eye of the Devil (’66) and my all-time favorite vampire movie The Fearless Vampire Killers, or: Pardon Me, But Your Teeth Are in My Neck (’67), born this day in Dallas TX in 1943. R.I.P.

Good Lord was it really called 'Pardon Me, But Your Teeth Are in My Neck'? What a fabulous title. It sounds worth seeing for that alone.
Sharon Tate was gorgeous; moronic Manson family indeed.

HER STORY MAKES ME SO SAD. JUST LOOKING AT HER EYES IN THE BEAUTIFUL PICTURE YOU POSTED BRINGS TEARS TO MY EYES. A HUGE LOSS, SHE WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.
When such a beautiful star dies young, especially in such a tragic way, one cannot help but wonder where Sharon would be today. It is so sad that she could have provided us with more cinematic joy. She was that rare combination of beauty and acting talent capable of comedy and drama. Viva Sharon!
It's a shame when you do a google search of her and you get just as many pictures of her murdered as you do her normal gorgeous photos. As much as we love and adore the gore around here (in our films and comics) it should never be at the expense of a real living breathing life with still so much to give. Manson and his family can eat shit forever for taking her away from us.
What a gorgeous woman,so young too,and don't worry about Manson's comeuppance,he probably went brain-dead after seeing that SOUTH PARK episode.
The Fearless Vampire Killers, or: Pardon Me, But Your Teeth Are in My Neck (’67) is a funny movie. My daughter enjoyed it too. It's more silly than scary.
There simply is not enough love out there for The Fearless Vampire Killers.
You've got impeccable taste. No doubt about it....

Thanks! Ya know, that's the second time today someone complimented my taste in things. I guess my taste buds are just tuned to only the best! Thanks again.

It does have some "chilling" moments though. I'm watching it again tonight in celebration of Sharon's b-day. Hey I noticed on IMDb that some of the Beverly Hillbilly episodes that Tate starred in will air on TV Land today, tomorrow and early next week too.
Ya'll come back now ya' here?
Its refreshing to hear someone say that about the manson family, I find that people who are fascinated by this are just as repulsive as charlie. praising and glorifying murderers is not cool.
