You're quite welcome everyone. And if you're all up for it why not come back to this post on Saturday and tell us what you thought about these films? Love 'em or hate 'em, it's all good.

Never saw the Crab Monsters movie.

I own Killer Shrews. Truly bad, but I do like the island setting. Overall, the film has a certain charm.

Now Green Slime? This movie was a HUGE hit for me as a young child. I thought it was too cool for words. And the FX were fabulous.
I tribute that movie, along with Crusoe on Mars and Spider-Man, F.F. reprint paperbacks for setting me on the path to drawing. I filled up many a notepads with my own versions of spacemen versus Green Slime-like aliens.
A few years back, I bought a bootleg copy on eBay and as an adult it didn't hold up as well.
Still it holds a special place in my heart. Dig that funky theme song! You can find it on YouTube(I can't access YouTube from my work computer to link to it...)

Awesome!!! I've only seen the trailer for Green Slime, but since it's not available on DVD, I've never seen the flick!

I'll have to see if I can get a friend to TIVO it.
