Unfortunately I will not be attending this limited Black Lagoon screening. I have seen it on the big screen before though and I highly reccomend to anyone if you have seen it but not in 3-D to definitely check it out, cuz it's alotta fun in the third dimension!

Anyone have their hopes up for a good remake of this in 2008? It's supposedly in pre-production, whatever that means...

remakes suck!!!!!

Pre-production means it's stuck in development hell but that it may get out,it probably will suck,it's intended to be a remake of ALIEN set on a boat,my only hope will be they wont cast Katie Holmes as Kay and that the creature wont be some lame CGI effect, theyre also remaking the WOLF MAN and HALLOWEEN,we gotta sign a petition to stop the EVIL DEAD and BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN remakes before hollywood gets them too!,whos with me?

Hollywood is apparently so drained of ideas that they constantly need to remake films that don't need to be remade... in fact I was just reading about the Escape From New York remake just this morning! IT'S GOTTA STOP!!

If just one producer looked at my blog here and read just one of these pre-code horror posts, wouldn't that be enough to at least get some fresh ideas rolling?

PS: I know what pre-production means, next time you can just ignore my slip of sarcasm...
